The Mandate

Design and delivery of aesthetic and longevity dermatology programming for a Principal and immediate family.
Clinical oversight of a private treatment suite, provisioned to current aesthetic and dermatological practice.
Coordination with visiting specialists on integrated longevity protocols.
Absolute discretion under NDA.

Candidate Requirements

CCT/CCST in Dermatology, or an equivalent European fellowship, from a Tier-1 UK or European institution.
Minimum six years post-certification consultant-grade experience, including aesthetic and longevity practice.
Demonstrated discretion in confidential household environments.
Fluent English.
Availability to start within six weeks of offer.
Complete flexibility around the family’s calendar.
The ability to relocate alone and to travel with the family worldwide, often at short notice.

£270,000 – £360,000 per annum, tax-free and liquid

Scope of Our Role

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.

What this appointment asks of you

Aesthetic and longevity dermatology for a Principal and immediate family, delivered from a private treatment suite provisioned to current practice: the consultant designs the programming — skin health, photoprotection, regenerative and aesthetic procedures, surveillance for skin malignancy — delivers it personally and coordinates with visiting specialists on integrated longevity protocols. The suite is the consultant’s to specify and oversee. Six years of consultant-grade experience including aesthetic and longevity practice is required; the household will want to see procedural excellence, restraint, a rigorous approach to safety and consent, and the discretion appropriate to a private family in Riyadh. How the package is structured

The figure quoted above — £270,000 – £360,000 per annum — is base remuneration, and it is paid tax-free: Saudi Arabia levies no personal income tax on employment earnings, so the number on the offer is the number that arrives.

Living in Riyadh

Riyadh is the Kingdom’s capital and its administrative centre, and the city has changed at a pace that surprises clinicians who last visited a decade ago: new districts, a metro, an events calendar that runs through the winter, and a residential market that ranges from the Diplomatic Quarter to the established international compounds in the north of the city. Household appointments normally come with accommodation within the residence, provided by the family, so your decision is about days off rather than house-hunting.
