Physiotherapist — Royal Household & UHNW Family, Early-Career, GCC (Tax-Free)

Medical Staff Talent is building a confidential shortlist of early-career, UK & European-trained Physiotherapists for permanent one-on-one placements within Royal Household facilities and UHNW family residences across the GCC (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Doha). This is a genuine entry point into private practice — no caseload, no throughput target, no shared diary.

The Mandate

Deliver one-on-one manual therapy and musculoskeletal rehabilitation from a dedicated, private treatment suite inside the household. Programme design and pacing are set by clinical judgement, not hospital protocol, with senior clinical mentorship available within the Medical Staff Talent network as you build your caseload.

Requirements

• UK & European-trained Physiotherapist, 1+ years’ post-qualification clinical experience
• Current, unrestricted professional licensure in the home jurisdiction
• Fluent English essential
• Strict NDA compliance mandatory

Package

• £60,000 – £70,000 per annum, tax-free
• Private accommodation allowance
• Fully funded relocation
• Private health cover and annual leave with flights home

Licensing and Relocation

This role requires eligibility for Gulf licensing (DHA/DOH/SCFHS/QCHP depending on location).
