Medical Staff Talent is appointing a UK & European-trained Private Duty Nurse to an Ultra-High-Net-Worth family residence in Doha, leading post-operative and convalescent care within the home. The engagement is permanent and covered by a strict non-disclosure agreement.
The Mandate
Management of the recovery pathway following elective surgery undertaken abroad — wound care, mobility progression, medication governance and structured liaison with the operating team and visiting consultants. The post then continues into ongoing family health management.
Clinical Environment
A residential medical suite equipped for high-dependency convalescent care within a private compound. Staffing is permanent and small; the nurse works to the family’s rhythm rather than a ward schedule.
Requirements
- Nursing degree from a Tier-1 UK or European institution
- Registration in a Tier-1 UK or European system — NMC, NMBI, or an equivalent European regulator
- Substantive post-operative, surgical or high-dependency experience
- Demonstrated discretion in confidential environments
- Fluent English

- £56,000 – £70,000 tax-free
