Medical Staff Talent
Medical Staff Talent is mandated to source an internationally board-certified Physician to direct personalised care and a longevity strategy for an Ultra-High-Net-Worth family based in Dubai. This is a 1:1 clinical continuity role built for a clinician who wants complete autonomy over a proactive, evidence-based health programme rather than an institutional caseload.
The Mandate
Full clinical ownership of the family’s health and longevity programme — proactive health optimisation, 1:1 patient care, and coordination with the household’s Physiotherapists, Private Duty Nurses and performance nutritionists to deliver seamless, holistic care tailored to an internationally mobile lifestyle. High-fidelity diagnostic resources and global travel readiness are part of the remit.
Requirements
- Current UK & European Specialist Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Integrative Longevity Medicine
- 5+ years’ post-qualification clinical practice
- Flawless clinical record and a refined, discreet professional manner
- Complete fluency in English; readiness for international travel with the family
Package
- £260,000 – £320,000 per annum, tax-free

Licensing and Relocation
Eligibility for DHA (Dubai Health Authority) licensure is required.
