Medical Staff Talent maintains a continuously open recruitment register for UK & European-trained Nurses to join private medical teams aboard superyachts serving UHNW families and Royal Households. Many of these households base themselves in the Gulf (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar) through the winter, then relocate their private yachts to the Mediterranean (France, Monaco, Italy, Spain, Greece) for the summer season, with periodic additional international travel throughout the year — and their onboard nursing team travels with them.

Credential Standard
Every candidate on this register holds internationally recognised medical, nursing or allied-health qualifications and clinical training to UK & European regulatory standards, with credentials verified through Dataflow primary source verification before being matched to a mandate. The Seasonal Pattern
Expect a rhythm built around the client’s calendar rather than a single fixed posting: summer months based aboard in Mediterranean waters, winter months at the family’s Gulf residence, and occasional additional international travel. Contracts are structured accordingly, with full relocation and travel logistics managed by Medical Staff Talent.
Typical Package
- £55,000–£65,000 tax-free per annum, indicative — the confirmed package depends on seniority, specialty and the individual client mandate
- Full relocation and travel logistics, flights, and comprehensive private medical insurance on confirmed placement
- Strict confidentiality throughout
Licensing and Relocation
Because these placements move between jurisdictions, most candidates deploy on home-country nursing registration verified through Dataflow, with Gulf-side licensing (DHA, SCFHS or QCHP as relevant) arranged for any extended onshore periods.
