Senior Physiotherapist — Royal Household, Abu Dhabi

Medical Staff Talent is exclusively mandated to source a Senior Physiotherapist for a confidential, one-to-one appointment within a Royal Household facility in Abu Dhabi. This is a permanent, discreet placement built around clinical sovereignty: no caseload, no throughput target, and a single principal whose neuromuscular performance and longevity programme is your entire remit.

The Mandate

Deliver elite neuromuscular performance and manual therapy within a discreet, purpose-built treatment room inside the household’s private facility. The remit centres on longevity, rehabilitation and sustained peak physical condition for the principal, with full clinical autonomy over programme design and no shared diary.

Requirements

• UK & European-trained physiotherapist with a recognised undergraduate or postgraduate qualification and current, unrestricted licensure
• 3+ years’ clinical experience in manual therapy, neuromuscular rehabilitation, or elite performance care
• Mandatory active licence, verified with the home country’s professional body
• Eligibility for Gulf licensing (DOH Abu Dhabi)
• Fluent English; Arabic an advantage
• Absolute discretion — the appointment is governed by a strict non-disclosure agreement

Package

• £80,000 – £130,000 per annum, tax-free, commensurate with experience
• Full relocation and licensing support
• Private accommodation allowance
