We are exclusively recruiting for a Private Physiotherapist to provide dedicated, one-to-one rehabilitative care for a VIP client based in Dubai. We are seeking a highly experienced, Western-trained specialist to oversee the client’s musculoskeletal health, delivering outcomes-focused therapy in a private residence and aboard a private yacht during international travel.
📋 Key Responsibilities & Clinical Tasks
Advanced MSK & Manual Therapy 👐: Deliver world-class musculoskeletal care with a strong emphasis on manual therapy and manipulation techniques to maintain mobility, manage chronic conditions, and optimize physical function.
Hydrotherapy Management 🌊: Design, implement, and oversee specific hydrotherapy blocks and aquatic rehabilitation programmes as a core component of the client’s wellness routine.
Medical Coordination 🩺: Serve as the primary clinical lead, coordinating seamlessly with local consultants, orthopedic specialists, and premium clinics in Dubai and internationally.
Travel & Yacht Accompaniment ✈️: Accompany the client on business and leisure trips, ensuring continuity of therapy and medical support while traveling on a private yacht.
Clinical Governance 📝: Maintain meticulous, confidential clinical records to ensure patient safety, continuity of care, and professional accountability.
✅ Requirements & Qualifications
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of recent, post-graduate experience, specifically within MSK, Sports Medicine, or Orthopaedics.
Clinical Expertise: Proven advanced competence in Manual Therapy and Manipulation is essential. Experience delivering Hydrotherapy is mandatory.
Licensure: Must hold a valid professional license in home country (e.g., HCPC, AHPRA, CORU) and be eligible for DHA licensing.
Operational Requirements
Language: Native English speaker.
Background: Experience within high-standard healthcare systems (e.g., UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada) is highly preferred.
Flexibility: Must be willing to relocate to Dubai and undertake extensive international travel.
Discretion: Ability to operate with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality within a private high-net-worth environment.
🎁 Compensation & Benefits Package

Salary: £60,000 – £110,000 GBP per annum (100% Tax-Free), commensurate with experience.
