What We Are Currently Appointing

Our live mandates are live-in appointments with private families in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar, each a permanent, live-in appointment with the family, with annual leave, including one-to-one appointments aboard the family’s yachts. Once in post, you travel continuously with the family across several countries; flights and travel are always paid for by the family. Packages are gross salaries: physicians £218,000 per annum, physiotherapists and osteopaths from £60,000 a year, depending on experience, and nurses from €5,000 a month. Every package includes free accommodation and medical insurance, flights and travel are always paid for by the family, and professional indemnity insurance is not included. Every role is single-status: the private families we work with require clinicians who relocate alone. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.

• We never approach your current employer. Not for references, not for verification, not at any stage — until you instruct us to.
• Nothing is shared without your explicit consent. Your profile is not circulated, forwarded or shown to a client until you have agreed to that specific mandate.
• You are briefed under NDA. Client names, household details and mandate specifics reach you only once a non-disclosure agreement is in place — which protects you as much as it protects the principal.
• Your submission is never used as marketing. We do not publish candidate profiles and we do not circulate CVs to generate mandates.

Who This Is For

We place UK & European-trained clinicians exclusively — Physicians, Physiotherapists & Osteopaths, and Nurses holding registration with the GMC, NMC, HCPC, CORU or an equivalent European regulator. If your training sits outside that framework, we will tell you honestly rather than hold your profile indefinitely.

What every family asks of you

• Availability to start within six weeks of offer.
• Complete flexibility around the family’s calendar.
• The ability to relocate alone and to travel with the family worldwide, often at short notice.
