David Vilchez — Founder & Chief Executive
David founded Medical Staff Talent to correct a structural failure he saw repeatedly in Gulf healthcare hiring: Royal Households and UHNW families being served by volume agencies that treated clinicians as interchangeable CVs. He built the practice on the opposite premise — a small number of mandates, each one held to completion, each candidate verified personally against the standing of the household they are being introduced to.
He leads every Royal Household and Family Office engagement directly, and retains final sign-off on every introduction the firm makes. Enquiries of a confidential nature reach him without intermediaries.
How We Are Structured
The practice operates as a deliberately small senior team rather than a scaled recruitment floor. Search across Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar is supported by a dedicated international healthcare recruitment function that assesses candidate qualification and regulatory eligibility, and briefs clinicians on licensing progression through SCFHS, DHA, DoH and MOH and on DataFlow primary source verification. The applications themselves are made by the clinician and the appointing licensed entity.
Every clinician we introduce has been spoken to directly. Every household we represent has been assessed for standing before we agree to act.
Scope of Engagement
Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. It does not employ them, sponsor residence permits or act as a licensing agent. Employment, immigration sponsorship and professional licensing rest with the household and the appointed clinician.
