Medical Staff Talent is appointing a Western-trained Neonatal Nurse to a specialist family care unit within a leading private hospital in Abu Dhabi.
The Mandate
A permanent appointment within a unit built around a small, high-acuity caseload rather than volume. The role involves close coordination with consultant neonatologists and discreet, high-fidelity liaison with families — several of whom are drawn from the Emirate’s most private households.
Clinical Environment
The unit is equipped to tertiary standard and staffed to ratios that permit genuine continuity of care. Nurses here are not managing a corridor; they are managing a named infant and a named family, with the time and the authority the work actually requires.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a recognised neonatal or paediatric qualification
- Minimum three years’ post-registration experience in a NICU, SCBU or comparable specialist unit
- Registration in a Tier-1 Western system — NMC, NMBI, North America, Oceania, or Western and Northern Europe
- Composure and absolute discretion in family-facing settings
- Fluent English
