Who We Serve
Private Families in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar. Every mandate is a permanent, live-in household appointment, often alongside private nursing and physician staff, that follows the principal’s travel. Each one is a permanent, live-in appointment with the family, with annual leave, as set out in the permanent, live-in model private families use for their clinicians: a treatment suite within the residence and, once in post, continuous travel with the family across several countries. Standards We Require
- UK or European training in physiotherapy or osteopathy, with an active, verified registration in the country of qualification.
- Qualifications, registration and employment history verifiable at source.
- Demonstrated one-to-one or private-practice experience — manual therapy skill and bedside manner matched to a household setting, not a clinic caseload.
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Willingness to sign a non-disclosure agreement and operate under strict confidential routing — standard on every household mandate.
Compensation and Package Structure
Household physiotherapy is paid at a premium to clinic and hospital grades because the clinician lives in and is appointed for one principal, not a caseload. Across our current mandates, packages start from £60,000 a year gross, depending on experience. Every package includes free furnished accommodation and medical insurance covered by the family, flights and travel are always paid for by the family, and professional indemnity insurance is not included. A private treatment room or suite is normally provided, and the rota, travel expectations and on-call structure are agreed in writing before an offer is made. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
