Medical Staff Talent is appointing a Consultant Oncologist to lead the precision oncology programme of a leading private hospital in Dubai.
The programme carries advanced diagnostic and treatment infrastructure, full clinical autonomy and an unconstrained procurement pipeline — the conditions for a practice defined by rigour and permanence rather than throughput.
The Mandate
- Clinical leadership of a precision oncology programme.

Candidate Requirements
- Board certification in Oncology from a Tier-1 Western system — UK, Ireland, North America, Oceania, Western or Northern Europe, or a select Southern European jurisdiction.
- Minimum eight years consultant-level experience.
- Eligibility for DHA licensing, with guidance provided.
Package
- £310,000 per annum, tax-free.
