Medical Staff Talent
Medical Staff Talent is appointing a Consultant Paediatric Surgeon to lead neonatal and paediatric surgical services within a premier private hospital in Abu Dhabi.
The remit covers complex reconstructive procedures, leadership of specialised surgical suites and direction of multidisciplinary paediatric care.
The Mandate
- Clinical leadership of neonatal and paediatric surgical services.
- Complex reconstructive procedures across specialised surgical suites.
- Direction of multidisciplinary paediatric care pathways.
Candidate Requirements
- Tier-1 specialist qualification — CCST, FRACS or equivalent.
- Minimum four years post-qualification consultant experience in paediatric surgery.
- Trained and licensed in a Tier-1 Western system — UK, Ireland, North America, Oceania, Western or Northern Europe, or select Southern European jurisdictions.
- Eligibility for DOH Abu Dhabi licensing, with dedicated guidance provided.
Package
- £200,000 – £250,000 per annum, tax-free.
