Medical Staff Talent is appointing a Senior Emergency Nurse to a high-acuity trauma unit within a premier private hospital in Riyadh.
The role leads acute triage, oversees emergency intervention and coordinates critical patient stabilisation. Fast assessment and calm execution under pressure are the job, not adjacent skills.
The Mandate
- Leadership of acute triage within a high-volume trauma unit.
- Oversight of emergency intervention and resuscitation.
- Coordination of critical patient stabilisation.
- Strict adherence to international emergency care standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with current registration.
- Minimum five years post-qualification in high-volume emergency or trauma settings.
- Trained and licensed in a Tier-1 Western system — UK, Ireland, North America, Oceania, Western or Northern Europe, or select Southern European jurisdictions.
- Eligibility for SCFHS registration, with dedicated advisory support.
Package
- £60,000 – £75,000 per annum, tax-free, depending on background and clinical expertise.
