Medical Staff Talent is appointing a Western-trained Consultant to a premium private hospital in Abu Dhabi, with direct access to advanced surgical infrastructure.
The distinguishing feature is genuine input into procurement decisions — the consultant helps determine what the theatre carries, rather than working within what committee has approved.

Candidate Requirements
- Board-certified Consultant with eight or more years post-fellowship experience in a comparable tertiary or quaternary setting.
- Trained and licensed in a Tier-1 Western system — UK, Ireland, North America, Oceania, Western or Northern Europe, or select Southern European jurisdictions.
- Fluent English.
- Eligibility for DOH Abu Dhabi licensing.
Package
- £270,000 – £330,000 per annum, tax-free, fully liquid and reviewed annually.
