Medical Staff Talent is appointing a Consultant Anaesthetist to lead perioperative care within a state-of-the-art private hospital in Doha.
The remit spans acute pain management, complex obstetric anaesthesia and surgical support across high-end operating theatres. Precise airway management and absolute commitment to patient safety are the baseline.
The Mandate
- Leadership of perioperative care across high-end operating theatres.
- Complex obstetric anaesthesia as a core sub-specialty.
- Acute pain management service delivery.
- Surgical support across the theatre complex.
Candidate Requirements
- Tier-1 specialist credentials — CCST, Swedish Specialist Certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum four years post-qualification consultant experience.
- Trained and licensed in a Tier-1 Western system — UK, Ireland, North America, Oceania, Western or Northern Europe, or select Southern European jurisdictions.
- Eligibility for Qatari DHP licensing, with professional guidance provided.
Package
- £190,000 – £230,000 per annum, tax-free.
