EXECUTIVE SUMMARY FOR THE CANDIDATE
“By executing this document, you grant Medical Staff Talent the absolute, irrevocable right to broadcast, stream, edit, and distribute your digital likeness, voice, and professional insights across our global media ecosystem. Simultaneously, you agree to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding non-public institutional data, sovereign client details, and patient metrics.”
1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PUBLIC BROADCAST & MEDIA RELEASE
1.1 Grant of Media Rights and Likeness
The Candidate hereby grants to Medical Staff Talent, its legal representatives, successors, and those acting with its authority, the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free right to:

Record, stream, photograph, and broadcast the Candidate’s voice, image, likeness, professional titles, and biometric presentation during any Live Video Interview, Podcast, or recorded digital session.

Copyright, publish, and use the resulting media assets in whole or in part, cropped or altered, in any corporate channel including but not limited to LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and the Corporate Website.
1.2 Purpose of Distribution
All media assets generated under this agreement are utilized for global executive search positioning, market insights dissemination, and corporate validation of Western-trained medical proficiency migrating to the GCC region.
2. STRICT CONFIDENTIALITY & PROPRIETARY PROTECTION (NON-DISCLOSURE)
2.1 Protected Information Categories
During any public or semi-private broadcast, the Candidate strictly agrees NOT to disclose, verbally or visually, the following protected information categories:

2.2 Corporate Safeguards
Medical Staff Talent reserves the unilateral, unchallengeable right to immediately cut, mute, or permanently delete any live broadcast feed or archived asset if the corporate production team or the designated technical director determines a breach of confidentiality has occurred.
3. WAIVER OF COMPENSATION & OWNERSHIP CLAIM
3.1 Financial Waiver
The Candidate acknowledges and explicitly agrees that participation in any Medical Staff Talent Live Media Event or interview is performed on a voluntary, collaborative basis for professional branding. No financial compensation, royalties, residuals, or licensing fees are due to the Candidate now or at any point in the future.
3.2 Intellectual Property Anchoring
All master recordings, edited reels, raw video logs, audio streams, YouTube Shorts, and transcribed text files remain the exclusive, 100% proprietary property of Medical Staff Talent. The Candidate waives any right to inspect or approve the finished marketing asset or the specific copywriting text (including SEO descriptions) paired with it.
4. LEGAL COMPLIANCE, JURISDICTION, AND EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
4.1 Indemnification
The Candidate agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Medical Staff Talent, its officers, directors, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including high-end corporate legal fees) arising out of any statement made by the Candidate during the broadcast that constitutes defamation, slander, or a breach of a pre-existing employment contract.
4.2 Data Protection & Processing (GDPR / CCG Frameworks)
Medical Staff Talent processes all candidate biometric data, names, and images in alignment with international secure data transfer protocols. Media records are kept on protected corporate cloud infrastructures managed under WordPress and secure enterprise ecosystem environments.
4.3 Governing Law
This Agreement and any dispute arising out of its execution shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, or the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) courts, at the absolute discretion of Medical Staff Talent.
