Medical Staff Talent
Medical Staff Talent is appointing a Senior Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in adult joint reconstruction and complex arthroplasty to direct the newly established surgical suite of a leading private tertiary hospital in Al Khobar.
The theatre carries Mako Robotic-Arm Assisted technology and the appointment comes with full clinical independence — the remit is to set the operative benchmark for the Eastern Province.
The Mandate
- Direction of a newly established orthopaedic surgical suite.
- Direct access to Mako Robotic-Arm Assisted technology.
- High-volume, precise adult joint reconstruction and complex arthroplasty.
- Introduction of modern minimally invasive protocols.
- Clinical governance and sub-specialist mentorship.
Candidate Requirements
- Tier-1 Western board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery — UK CCT/CCST, FRCS (Tr & Orth) or American Board.
- Minimum seven years post-licensure as a Consultant Surgeon.
- Demonstrated leadership in total joint replacement.
- Native or fluent English.
- Eligibility for SCFHS licensing.
Package
- £310,000 – £360,000 per annum, 100% tax-free liquid compensation.
