Working within the private sovereign estate, the physician serves as primary clinical authority for a highly restricted patient panel — comprehensive primary care, preventative medicine and acute management from a state-of-the-art private medical suite.

Candidate Requirements
- Tier-1 Western certification in Family Medicine — CCST/CCT, American Board or Canadian Board.
- Minimum five years post-specialisation as a Consultant in a recognised Western healthcare system.
- Impeccable diplomatic etiquette and absolute fluency in English.
- Demonstrated adaptability in autonomous, high-pressure clinical settings.
- Eligibility for SCFHS licensing.
Package
- £260,000 – £360,000 per annum, entirely tax-free and paid directly as liquid capital.
