Medical Staff Talent is appointing a Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon to lead the surgical division of an ultra-luxury boutique aesthetic clinic in Doha.
The clinic serves an exclusive international clientele and pairs state-of-the-art operative rooms with advanced non-invasive regenerative platforms. The balance is high-end aesthetic surgery, bespoke consultation and strategic leadership alongside Western dermatologists and anti-ageing specialists.
The Mandate
- Leadership of the clinic’s surgical division.
- High-end aesthetic and reconstructive surgery for an international private clientele.
- State-of-the-art operative rooms with advanced non-invasive regenerative platforms.
- Strategic collaboration with Tier-1 Western dermatologists and longevity specialists.
- Bespoke patient consultation as a core part of the practice.
Candidate Requirements
- Tier-1 board certification in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery — American Board of Plastic Surgery, UK CCT or equivalent.
- Minimum five years post-board in private aesthetic practice with a clean record of clinical excellence.
- Refined bedside manner and a deep understanding of ultra-luxury patient expectation.
- Fluent English.
- Eligibility for QCHP licensing.
Package
- £290,000 – £350,000 per annum net, 100% tax-free, plus high-yield procedure bonuses.
