Medical Staff Talent is appointing a Senior ICU Nurse to a high-acuity intensive care unit within a prestigious private hospital in Abu Dhabi.
The work is complex haemodynamic monitoring, advanced mechanical ventilation and continuous organ support for critically ill patients, in a modern technology-driven environment that demands clinical composure and rapid decision-making.
The Mandate
- Management of complex haemodynamic monitoring and continuous organ support.
- Advanced mechanical ventilation in a high-acuity adult ICU.
- High-fidelity care delivery within a technology-driven critical environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with valid registration.
- Minimum five years post-qualification in adult intensive care.
- Trained and licensed in a Tier-1 Western system — UK, Ireland, North America, Oceania, Western or Northern Europe, or select Southern European jurisdictions.
- Eligibility for DOH Abu Dhabi licensing, with full advisory support provided.
Package
- £65,000 – £80,000 per annum, tax-free, depending on clinical background and specialist expertise.
