Medical Staff Talent is appointing a Chief Nurse Specialist to oversee clinical operations at an elite private wellness and preventive medicine facility in Doha.
This is an operational leadership post: advanced patient assessment, high-end nursing workflow design and care continuity for a discerning private clientele.
The Mandate
- Oversight of clinical operations across the facility.

Candidate Requirements
- BSN or Master’s degree in Nursing with valid registration.
- Minimum six years post-qualification including proven clinical leadership.
- Trained and licensed in a Tier-1 Western system — UK, Ireland, North America, Oceania, Western or Northern Europe, or select Southern European jurisdictions.
- Eligibility for Ministry of Public Health (DHP) licensing, with dedicated advisory support.
Package
- £75,000 – £90,000 per annum, tax-free, tailored to qualifications and clinical record.
