Medical Staff Talent is appointing a Senior VIP Flight Nurse to deliver inflight care aboard private and private-charter aircraft operating out of Dubai.
The remit is critical patient transport, inflight monitoring and emergency response for high-net-worth individuals — clinical autonomy at altitude, with no colleague to defer to.
The Mandate
- Oversight of critical patient transport aboard private and charter aircraft.
- Inflight medical monitoring and emergency response for private principals.
- Elite clinical autonomy with calm operational execution at altitude.
- Strict professional discretion throughout.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with valid registration.
- Minimum five years post-qualification in intensive care, flight nursing or aeromedical evacuation.
- Trained and licensed in a Tier-1 Western system — UK, Ireland, North America, Oceania, Western or Northern Europe, or select Southern European jurisdictions.
- Eligibility for DHA credentialing, with full guidance provided.
Package
- £70,000 – £85,000 per annum, tax-free, structured to experience and flight qualifications.
