Medical Staff Talent is appointing a Western-trained Chief Executive Physician to lead a flagship private hospital facility in Jeddah.
This is executive authority over clinical delivery at regional tier, backed by budgetary resources that do not constrain the clinical decision. The location is the Red Sea coast; the profile is a clinician who wants to shape a healthcare model rather than administer one.
The Mandate
- Leadership of a high-performance clinical division with unconstrained budgetary resource.
- Deployment of cutting-edge clinical pathways at the highest regional tier.
- Collaboration with international stakeholders and institutional governance.
- Executive authority over healthcare delivery models across the facility.
Candidate Requirements
- Tier-1 board certification — American Board, FRCPC or CCT/CCST.
- Minimum six years post-consultancy in leadership, clinical directorship or department management.
- Proven record of driving clinical excellence within recognised Western teaching hospitals.
- Executive presence and the cultural agility to interface with business leaders and dignitaries.
- Eligibility for SCFHS licensing.
Package
- £290,000 – £380,000 per annum, fully tax-free, distributed monthly with zero deductions.
