Medical Staff Talent is appointing a Western-trained Senior Consultant in Anaesthesia and Critical Care to a premier private hospital group in Doha.
The appointment gives access to unconstrained material resources and procurement pipelines backed by institutional budgets. The facility carries next-generation robotic monitoring and surgical navigation platforms. The work is clinical execution at the peak of current practice, free of the bottlenecks of Western public systems.
The Mandate
- Leadership of specialised critical care teams and advanced therapeutic pathways.
- Complex anaesthesia management and acute perioperative care for a private patient base.
- Unconstrained procurement — clinical decisions are not budget-gated.
- Access to advanced robotic monitoring and surgical navigation platforms.
Candidate Requirements
- Tier-1 board certification — FRCA via CCT/CCST, American or Canadian Board, or equivalent Western fellowship.
- Minimum six years post-consultancy experience.
- Documented mastery in complex anaesthesia management, acute perioperative care and advanced intensive care protocols.
- Sophisticated administrative acumen and authoritative English communication.
- Eligibility for QCHP licensing.
Package
- £295,000 – £380,000 per annum, tax-free and liquid, paid directly with zero local deductions.
