Medical Staff Talent is appointing a Western-trained Senior Consultant Dermatologist as Aesthetic Longevity Director at an ultra-luxury boutique facility in Dubai.
The appointment sits at the convergence of dermatological precision, metabolic longevity screening and aesthetic artistry — free of the volume-driven mandates of public systems, with total sovereignty over protocol design for a discerning international clientele.
The Mandate
- Total clinical sovereignty over hyper-customised skin health and age-reversal protocols.
- Leadership of an elite cross-functional clinical team.
- Unconstrained procurement across regenerative therapeutics, cellular therapies and energy-based devices.
- Integration of advanced metabolic longevity screening with aesthetic practice.
- A patient base drawn from executive, celebrity and high-profile individuals.
Candidate Requirements
- Tier-1 board certification in Dermatology — FRCPC, American Board or CCST/CCT.
- Minimum five years post-specialisation experience.
- Mastery of advanced aesthetic procedures, laser physics and evidence-based longevity sub-specialisation.
- Polished interpersonal presence and an instinct for premium patient hospitality.
- Eligibility for DHA licensing.

- £270,000 – £350,000 per annum, fully tax-free, supplemented by an uncapped revenue-share on clinical performance.
