Each partner addresses a practical part of building a career in the Gulf or serving a private family well: clinical communication with Arabic-speaking families, cultural fluency, and composure in the conversations that decide an appointment. Discretion, precision and continuity of care begin well before the first day in residence.

For Clinicians Considering a Private Household Appointment
Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers. The partners above support your own preparation; they form no part of any appointment.
Every role is live-in and single-status. If you are UK & European-trained and considering a live-in appointment with a private family, send us your CV in confidence.
If a live-in appointment with a private family is not the right fit for you at this stage, the partners above may still support your plans for a career in the Gulf.
Become a Partner
We welcome a small number of partners in two groups:
- For clinicians: services that genuinely prepare UK & European-trained clinicians for a career in the Gulf, whether in private household practice or in private clinics and public and private hospitals across Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar, such as clinical language and cultural orientation, interview and communication coaching, and continuing professional development.
- For private families: services that serve private families in the Gulf and their offices with an equivalent standard of discretion and precision.
Medical Staff Talent itself introduces clinicians only to private families. Services that support careers in Gulf clinics and hospitals are offered independently by each partner.
What We Look For
- Relevance to UK & European-trained clinicians building a career in the Gulf, or to the private families and offices we serve.
- A standard of service you would be comfortable placing in front of a private family’s chief of staff.
- Discretion: no reference to Medical Staff Talent in client-facing claims without our written agreement.
How It Works: Reciprocal Visibility
We charge no listing fees. Partnerships run on reciprocal visibility:
- What we offer: a featured listing on this page, mentions across our social channels, and one 45-minute video interview every month with David Vilchez in In Conversation with David, our live series on LinkedIn and YouTube.
- What we ask in return: equivalent visibility for Medical Staff Talent on your own website and social channels.
We do not send partner promotions to the clinicians in our network.
