Medical Staff Talent
Medical Staff Talent is appointing a Consultant Specialised Surgeon to lead the surgical centre of excellence of a state-of-the-art private hospital group in Doha.
The facility runs an unconstrained capital expenditure pipeline: advanced digital surgical suites, DaVinci Xi robotic platforms and Zeiss Kinevo 900 optics. The successful surgeon assumes full clinical leadership of the department.
The Mandate
- Full clinical leadership of the surgical centre of excellence.
- Complex surgical caseload with authority over institutional clinical outcomes.
- DaVinci Xi robotic platforms and Zeiss Kinevo 900 visualisation as standard equipment.
- Unconstrained capital expenditure pipeline for theatre and device provisioning.
Candidate Requirements
- Tier-1 Western board certification — FRCS via CCT, American Board or European equivalent — in General, Orthopaedic or Plastic Surgery.
- Minimum five years consultant-level experience in a major Western tertiary teaching hospital.
- Proven record managing high-throughput operating theatres.
- Collaborative leadership and analytical acumen.
- Eligibility for QCHP licensing.
Package
- £280,000 – £410,000 per annum, tax-free, augmented by institutional performance bonuses.
