Private Medical Recruitment for the Gulf | UK & European Trained Specialists
Medical Staff Talent is appointing a UK & European-trained Consultant Paediatrician to a private family in Jeddah, providing continuity paediatric care for the children of the family within the private residence. This is a Live-In appointment, alongside the family’s paediatric nursing team and visiting sub-specialists, with the consultant holding clinical responsibility for the children’s day-to-day and preventative medicine.
The Mandate
- Continuity general paediatric care for the children of the family, including developmental surveillance, immunisation governance and acute presentations.
- Clinical lead for the family’s paediatric nurses — protocols, escalation pathways and medication governance.
- Clinical coordination of visiting sub-specialists and any hospital episode in Jeddah or abroad.
- Absolute discretion under NDA.
Requirements
- CCT in Paediatrics, or an equivalent European specialist certification.
- Minimum seven years post-certification consultant-grade practice, including substantive general and acute paediatrics.
- UK & European training.
- Demonstrated discretion in confidential household environments, under strict NDA.
- Fluent English.
- Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
- Live-in and single-status: you relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.
Package
- £240,000 per annum, tax-free, with accommodation and travel included.
- Private accommodation within the residence.
- Annual leave with flights home.
Scope of Engagement
Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.
