Background
David founded Medical Staff Talent to correct a structural failure he saw repeatedly in Gulf healthcare hiring: private families being served by volume agencies that treated clinicians as interchangeable CVs. He built the practice on the opposite premise — a small number of mandates, each one held to completion, and each candidate verified personally against the standing of the household they are being introduced to.
The practice is deliberately founder-led. Mandates are not routed through a call centre or a junior desk, confidential enquiries reach David without intermediaries, and he retains final sign-off on every clinical introduction the firm makes.
