Medical Staff Talent
Medical Staff Talent is appointing a Western-trained Physician as personal medical lead to a Royal Household in Qatar.
The post carries full clinical sovereignty within a private residential environment, with responsibility for coordinating specialist care as required. It is a permanent, highly confidential engagement.
The Mandate
- Personal medical lead to the household, with full clinical sovereignty.
- Practice within a private residential environment.
- Coordination of external specialist care as clinically indicated.
- Strict NDA compliance throughout.
Candidate Requirements
- Board-certified Physician with eight or more years post-fellowship or general practice experience.
- Trained and licensed in a Tier-1 Western system — UK, Ireland, North America, Oceania, Western or Northern Europe, or select Southern European jurisdictions.
- Fluent English.
- Eligibility for DHP licensing.
Package
- £300,000 – £370,000 per annum, tax-free, fully liquid and reviewed annually.
- Private residence accommodation, comprehensive family medical cover, annual flights home.
