Medical Staff Talent is appointing a UK & European-trained Consultant Paediatrician to a private family in Dubai, providing one-to-one continuity care for the children of the family from a private clinical suite within the residence. This is a Travelling appointment: the consultant lives in with the family and accompanies them abroad, holding the clinical thread for the children throughout.
The Mandate
- One-to-one continuity paediatric care for the children of the family: developmental surveillance, immunisation governance and acute presentations within the residence.
- Clinical coordination of visiting sub-specialists, diagnostics and hospital episodes when an episode requires them.
- Clinical oversight of the family’s paediatric nursing team and travel medicine planning when the family is abroad.
- Absolute discretion under NDA.
Requirements
- CCT in Paediatrics, or an equivalent European specialist certification.
- Minimum seven years post-certification consultant-grade practice, including substantive general and acute paediatrics.
- UK & European training.
- Demonstrated discretion in confidential household environments, under strict NDA.
- Fluent English.
- Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
- Live-in and single-status: you relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.
Package
- £240,000 per annum, tax-free, with accommodation and travel included.
- Private accommodation within the residence.
- Annual leave with flights home.
Scope of Engagement
Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.
