Consultant Physician — Private Household, Dubai

Medical Staff Talent is appointing a UK-trained Consultant Physician to a permanent, full-time mandate within a private household in Dubai.

This is a continuity appointment, not rotational cover. The successful clinician becomes the principal medical point of contact for the family, leading clinical assessment, optimising chronic conditions, coordinating specialist referral, and travelling with the household where required.

The Mandate

• Sole clinical responsibility for the principal and immediate family, with specialist referral coordinated through Dubai’s leading private institutions.
• Proactive and preventative medicine — annual screening architecture, longevity protocols, and continuous health oversight rather than episodic treatment.
• Complete clinical autonomy, with unconstrained access to diagnostics and onward referral.
• Discretion as an operating condition. The mandate is routed under NDA from first contact.

Candidate Requirements

• Full registration with the General Medical Council, with a licence to practise in good standing.
• CCT or CCST in General Internal Medicine, General Practice or a closely allied specialty.
• Substantial post-certification consultant experience.
• Demonstrable judgement in high-confidentiality settings. Prior private household, executive health or concierge medicine experience is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
• Willingness to travel with the household.

Package

• £240,000 per annum, tax-free and paid net.
• Accommodation, transport, medical cover and annual repatriation structured separately from base salary.

Process
