Medical Staff Talent
Medical Staff Talent is appointing a Western-trained Physician to a permanent onboard role aboard a private yacht cruising the Mediterranean.
The post carries full clinical autonomy and direct access to a purpose-equipped onboard medical suite. It suits a physician confident operating independently at sea, without a colleague to consult.
The Mandate
- Sole clinical responsibility for the principal and family while aboard.
- Full autonomy over a purpose-equipped onboard medical suite.
- Independent decision-making at sea, with specialist coordination ashore as required.
- Seasonal Mediterranean routing across the finest enclaves.
Candidate Requirements
- Board-certified Physician with seven or more years post-fellowship or general practice experience.
- Trained and licensed in a Tier-1 Western system — UK, Ireland, North America, Oceania, Western or Northern Europe, or select Southern European jurisdictions.
- Fluent English.
- Prior yacht or remote-medicine experience an advantage.
Package
- £260,000 – £320,000 per annum, tax-free.
- Private onboard cabin and full relocation to point of embarkation.
