Maternity Nurse Pair — Newborn Care for a Private Family, Jeddah

Medical Staff Talent is introducing two UK & European-trained Maternity Nurses to a private family in Jeddah. The family is expecting twins and wants two maternity nurses who have cared for twins before.

The family always employs two nurses so that care never depends on one person. The two nurses alternate 12-hour day and night shifts, with a handover at each change. The rhythm follows the family rather than a rota: a six-day week, with availability at any hour when needed.

The Mandate

• Newborn care for twins: feeding plans, sleep routines and safe-sleep practice.
• Post-natal recovery care for the mother.
• Close observation for jaundice, feeding difficulty and infection.
• Supporting parents and nannies through a demanding first year.
• Absolute discretion under a strict NDA.

Requirements

• Registered nurse or midwife trained in the UK or Europe, with substantial maternity, post-natal or newborn care experience.
• At least 6 years of post-registration experience.
• Comfortable working as one of two nurses alternating 8- or 12-hour shifts, with careful handovers.
• Experience with twins or multiple births is valued.
• Fluent English.
• Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
• Live-in and single-status: you relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.

Package

• From €5,000 a month.
• Medical insurance is covered; professional indemnity insurance is not included.
• Flights and travel are always paid for by the family.
• The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
• Accommodation within the residence, entirely free of charge.
• A permanent appointment with annual leave; the contract is renewed each year between the family and the clinician.

Scope of Engagement

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.
