Travelling Nurse Pair — Private Jet & Yacht Travel with a Private Family, Jeddah

Medical Staff Talent is introducing two UK & European-trained Travelling Nurses to a private family in Jeddah. The family spends long periods on its yacht in the Red Sea and the Mediterranean, and wants two nurses who are at ease at sea and in the air.

The family always employs two nurses so that care never depends on one person. The two nurses alternate 12-hour day and night shifts, with a handover at each change. As is usual for household appointments in the Gulf, the family expects availability around the clock and a six-day working week.

The Mandate

• Nursing care on board, in flight and at destinations.
• Preparing medical supplies and medication for each voyage.
• First response to illness or injury, with escalation to the family physician.
• Supporting the family’s routines at the Jeddah residence between trips.
• Absolute discretion under a strict NDA.

Requirements

• Registered nurse trained in the UK or Europe, with acute or emergency experience and confidence working alone while travelling.
• At least 6 years of post-registration experience.
• Comfortable working as one of two nurses alternating 8- or 12-hour shifts, with careful handovers.
• ALS or equivalent resuscitation certification is valued.
• Fluent English.
• Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
• Live-in and single-status: you relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.

Package

• From €5,000 a month.
• The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
• Accommodation within the residence, entirely free of charge.
• A permanent appointment with annual leave; the contract is renewed each year between the family and the clinician.
• Visas for international travel are arranged and paid for by the family.

Scope of Engagement

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.
