ICU Critical Care Nurse Pair — Home Care for a Private Family, Dubai

Medical Staff Talent is introducing two UK & European-trained ICU Critical Care Nurses to a private family in Dubai. A family member requires ongoing critical care at home after a serious illness, and the family wants two ICU-experienced nurses.

The family always employs two nurses so that care never depends on one person. The two nurses alternate 12-hour day and night shifts, with a handover at each change. Six-day weeks and 24/7 availability are normal in Gulf household appointments, and the family plans around both.

The Mandate

• Critical care at home, including ventilation or tracheostomy care.
• Monitoring and medication to the intensivist’s plan.
• Escalation and clear handovers between the two nurses.
• Supporting relatives through a long recovery.
• Absolute discretion under a strict NDA.

Requirements

• Registered nurse trained in the UK or Europe, with adult intensive care experience, including ventilated patients.
• At least 7 years of post-registration experience.
• Comfortable working as one of two nurses alternating 8- or 12-hour shifts, with careful handovers.
• ALS certification is valued.
• Fluent English.
• Able to start within six weeks of an offer.
• Live-in and single-status: you relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.

Package

• From €5,000 a month.
• The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
• Accommodation within the residence, entirely free of charge.
• A permanent appointment with annual leave; the contract is renewed each year between the family and the clinician.
• The family arranges and pays for the visas needed for travel abroad.

Scope of Engagement

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.
