  • Permanent · Live-In · Travelling with the Family
  • Dammam, Saudi Arabia
  • 70000 GBP / Year

Medical Staff Talent

A private family in Dammam, in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province, has asked Medical Staff Talent to introduce a UK & European-trained Osteopath. A family with several active adults wants an experienced osteopath who can also advise the household’s trainer on load and recovery.

Expect regular travel with the family, including summers in Europe and periods on the family yacht. The rhythm follows the family rather than a rota: a six-day week, with availability at any hour when needed.

The Mandate

  • Osteopathic treatment for sporting and occupational musculoskeletal problems.
  • Working with the household trainer on recovery and injury prevention.
  • Clear referral criteria and liaison with the family physician.
  • Accompanying the family on extended travel.
  • Complete confidentiality, under a strict non-disclosure agreement.

Requirements

  • Osteopathy degree from a UK or European institution, with broad musculoskeletal practice and sound clinical reasoning for referral.
  • At least 8 years of post-qualification clinical experience.
  • Full registration, in good standing, with a UK or European regulator.
  • Experience in a multidisciplinary clinic alongside physiotherapists and physicians is valued.
  • Fluent English and a calm, courteous manner.
  • Able to start within six weeks of an offer.
  • Willingness to relocate alone to a live-in, single-status appointment, and to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.
  • Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.

Package

  • £70,000–£110,000 per annum gross, depending on experience.
  • The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
  • Private accommodation in the residence, provided free.
  • Permanent role with annual leave, under a contract renewed yearly with the family.
  • The family arranges and pays for the visas needed for travel abroad.

Scope of Engagement

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.

Confidential Application

The family’s identity is shared only once there is mutual interest. Our Osteopaths page explains how we appoint osteopaths; to be considered, send your CV through Send Us Your CV.
