Medical Staff Talent is appointing a Chief Medical Consultant to a distinguished Royal Household in Abu Dhabi.
This is an institutional appointment. The clinician commands an exclusive in-house clinical infrastructure under strict sovereign protocol, with an unconstrained procurement pipeline and responsibility for maintaining operational readiness within the palace walls.
The Mandate
- Command of the household’s in-house clinical infrastructure.
- Unconstrained procurement authority over equipment, diagnostics and therapeutics.
- Maintenance of absolute operational readiness under sovereign protocol.
- High-status medical diplomacy as a core competency, not an adjunct.
- Operation under the highest classification of non-disclosure mandates.
Candidate Requirements
- Tier-1 Western board certification or fellowship — CCST/CCT, American Board, or Canadian FRCPC — in Internal or Emergency Medicine.
- Minimum five years post-specialisation as a substantive consultant within major Western networks.
- Flawless command of professional boundaries and psychological resilience.
- Exceptional cross-cultural diplomacy.
- Eligibility for DOH Abu Dhabi licensing.
Package
- £260,000 – £390,000 per annum, entirely tax-free and liquid.
