Chronic Pain & Spinal Care Physiotherapist — Private Family, Jeddah

Medical Staff Talent is searching for a UK & European-trained Physiotherapist specialising in chronic pain and spinal care for a private family based in Jeddah. Two adults in the family live with long-standing back and neck pain, and the family wants a physiotherapist to manage it continuously.

Expect regular travel with the family, including summers in Europe and periods on the family yacht. As is usual for household appointments in the Gulf, the family expects availability around the clock and a six-day working week.

The Mandate

• Spinal assessment and long-term management for two adults.
• Manual therapy and exercise, with education to reduce flare-ups.
• Coordination with the family physician on investigations and referrals.
• Maintenance plans for long journeys and work travel.
• Absolute discretion under a strict NDA.

Requirements

• Physiotherapy degree from a UK or European institution, with postgraduate training in spinal assessment and the management of persistent pain.
• At least 6 years of post-qualification clinical experience.
• Full registration, in good standing, with a UK or European regulator.
• Training in pain science and cognitive-functional approaches is valued.
• Fluent English.
• Able to start within six weeks of an offer.
• Live-in and single-status: you relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.

Package

• £65,000–£100,000 per annum gross, depending on experience.
• The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
• Accommodation within the residence, entirely free of charge.
• A permanent appointment with annual leave; the contract is renewed each year between the family and the clinician.
• The family arranges and pays for the visas needed for travel abroad.

Scope of Engagement

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.
