Hydrotherapy Rehabilitation Physiotherapist — Private Family, Dammam

  • Permanent · Live-In · Travelling with the Family
  • Dammam, Saudi Arabia
  • 70000 GBP / Year

Medical Staff Talent

Medical Staff Talent has been asked by a private family in Dammam, in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province, to introduce a UK & European-trained Physiotherapist with hydrotherapy experience. The family wants its therapy pool used for rehabilitation of an older family member with arthritis and for recovery work for the rest of the household.

The family travels often, including European summers and time on its yacht, and the treatment plan travels with it. Availability 24/7 and a six-day week are part of the appointment, as is usual with private families in the Gulf.

The Mandate

  • Hydrotherapy-led programmes for arthritis and post-injury recovery.
  • Combining pool and land-based exercise in one plan.
  • Pool protocols set with the household team.
  • Review with the family physician at regular intervals.
  • Strict observance of household protocol and the family’s NDA.

Requirements

  • Physiotherapy degree from a UK or European institution, with aquatic or hydrotherapy-based rehabilitation experience alongside land-based practice.
  • At least 6 years of post-qualification clinical experience.
  • Full registration, in good standing, with a UK or European regulator.
  • ATACP membership or an equivalent aquatic therapy qualification is valued.
  • Fluent English and proven discretion in private settings.
  • Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
  • Able to relocate alone (live-in, single-status) and to travel anywhere in the world with the family, often at short notice.

Package

  • £70,000–£105,000 per annum gross, depending on experience.
  • The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
  • Fully free accommodation within the family’s residence.
  • Permanent, with annual leave and a contract that is renewed every year.
  • Visas for international travel are arranged and paid for by the family.

Scope of Engagement

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.

Confidential Application

Applications are handled in confidence and the family is not named until both sides wish to proceed. See our Physiotherapists page, then submit your CV via Send Us Your CV.
