Medical Staff Talent is appointing a UK & European-trained Physiotherapist to a private family in Jeddah, leading elite performance and sports rehabilitation from a private training and treatment facility.

The caseload combines injury prevention, performance optimisation and post-injury rehabilitation for active family members, delivered one-to-one within a purpose-built facility.

Candidate Requirements

  • Degree in Physiotherapy from a Tier-1 UK or European institution, with registration through HCPC, CORU or an equivalent European regulator.
  • Minimum six years’ experience in sports or performance rehabilitation.
  • Availability to start within six weeks of offer.
  • Complete flexibility around the family’s calendar.
  • The ability to relocate alone and to travel with the family worldwide, often at short notice.

  • Live-in and single-status; local arrangements remain with the family’s own office.

What this appointment asks of you

Active family members, a purpose-built training and treatment facility, and no other caseload: the appointment is a performance clinician’s brief. Expect pre-participation screening, load management, injury prevention programming, on-site treatment of acute sporting injuries and the staged rehabilitation that follows, all delivered one-to-one and coordinated with visiting orthopaedic and sports medicine consultants when a case requires it. Because the facility is yours to run, you will also be asked for a view on equipment, recovery modalities and the annual training calendar. The household will look for evidence of elite or semi-elite sport experience, precise manual therapy, and the temperament to push a programme forward without ever losing the confidence of the person in front of you.

Scope of Our Role

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.

How the package is structured

The figure quoted above — £82,000 – £108,000 per annum — is base remuneration, and it is paid tax-free: Saudi Arabia levies no personal income tax on employment earnings, so the number on the offer is the number that arrives.

Accommodation and flights are provided in addition to base, which is what makes the net position so different from a UK or European salary: with housing and travel carried by the household, most of the base figure is savings capacity. How we run this search

Every appointment of this kind follows the same discipline. Your qualifications, registration and references are then verified before anyone else is involved.

The household or its family office is briefed anonymously. Your name and documents are shared only with your written authorisation, first-stage interviews are held by video, and a final meeting is arranged in person — usually with travel organised by the household.
