Medical Staff Talent is exclusively mandated to source a Senior Physiotherapist for a confidential, one-to-one appointment within a private family’s facility in Abu Dhabi. This is a permanent, discreet placement built around clinical autonomy: no caseload, no throughput target, and a single principal whose neuromuscular performance and longevity programme is your entire remit.

The Mandate

Deliver elite neuromuscular performance and manual therapy within a discreet, purpose-built treatment room inside the household’s private facility. The remit centres on longevity, rehabilitation and sustained peak physical condition for the principal, with full clinical autonomy over programme design and no shared diary.

Requirements

• UK & European-trained physiotherapist with a recognised undergraduate or postgraduate qualification and current registration with your UK or European regulator, in good standing
• 3+ years’ clinical experience in manual therapy, neuromuscular rehabilitation, or elite performance care
• Active registration, verified with your home country’s professional body
• Availability to start within six weeks of offer.
• Complete flexibility around the family’s calendar.
• The ability to relocate alone and to travel with the family worldwide, often at short notice.
• Fluent English; Arabic an advantage
• Absolute discretion — the appointment is governed by a strict non-disclosure agreement

Package

• £80,000 – £120,000 per annum, tax-free, commensurate with experience
• Live-in and single-status; local arrangements remain with the family’s own office
• Private accommodation provided within the residence
• Long-term contract stability with genuine continuity of care

Scope of Our Role

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.

What this appointment asks of you

The senior physiotherapist delivers elite manual therapy and performance work from a discreet, purpose-built treatment room inside the household’s private facility, with full clinical autonomy over programme design and no shared diary. The breadth of the package reflects the breadth of experience the household will consider — from three years of strong manual therapy, neuromuscular rehabilitation or elite performance practice to a genuinely senior profile — and Arabic is an advantage. What is constant is the expectation of precision, continuity of care and absolute discretion under NDA.

How the package is structured

The figure quoted above — £80,000 – £120,000 per annum — is base remuneration, and it is paid tax-free: the UAE levies no personal income tax on employment earnings, so the number on the offer is the number that arrives.

Accommodation and flights are provided in addition to base, which is what makes the net position so different from a UK or European salary: with housing and travel carried by the household, most of the base figure is savings capacity. How we run this search

Every appointment of this kind follows the same discipline. It begins with a confidential briefing call with Vanessa, our Executive Search Lead, covering your clinical profile, your motivations and your readiness to relocate alone; nothing is written down that you have not agreed to share. Your qualifications, registration and references are then verified before anyone else is involved.

The household or its family office is briefed anonymously. Your name and documents are shared only with your written authorisation, first-stage interviews are held by video, and a final meeting is arranged in person — usually with travel organised by the household.
