Medical Staff Talent is appointing a UK & European-trained Physiotherapist to a private family in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province, leading elite performance and longevity rehabilitation from a private treatment suite.

The caseload combines musculoskeletal rehabilitation, manual therapy and longevity programming for a Principal and immediate family, delivered one-to-one within a dedicated household facility.

The Mandate

  • One-to-one musculoskeletal, manual therapy and longevity rehabilitation for a Principal and immediate family.
  • Design and delivery of individualised programming from a dedicated private treatment suite.
  • Close, confidential liaison with visiting consultants and the wider household care team.
  • Absolute discretion under NDA.

Candidate Requirements

  • Physiotherapy qualification from a Tier-1 UK or European institution, with current registration (HCPC, CORU or an equivalent European regulator).
  • Minimum five years’ experience, including substantive musculoskeletal or performance rehabilitation practice.
  • Demonstrated discretion in confidential household environments.
  • Fluent English.
  • Availability to start within six weeks of offer.
  • Complete flexibility around the family’s calendar.
  • The ability to relocate alone and to travel with the family worldwide, often at short notice.

Scope of Our Role

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.

What this appointment asks of you

The suite is dedicated, the clients are a Principal and immediate family, and the brief spans musculoskeletal rehabilitation, manual therapy and longevity programming delivered one-to-one. In practice that means an annual arc rather than a series of episodes: baseline assessment, conditioning that protects joints and function over decades, rapid response to acute injury, and staged rehabilitation coordinated with visiting consultants when procedures are involved.
