Medical Staff Talent is appointing a Western-trained Medical Director to assume supreme clinical command of a sovereign healthcare apparatus within a prominent Royal Household in Abu Dhabi.
The role is medical architect and personal physician to the family, operating at the highest levels of international diplomacy under absolute confidentiality. It is an appointment of institutional weight, not a clinical post with added seniority.
The Mandate
- Supreme clinical command over a dedicated sovereign healthcare apparatus.
- Design of sophisticated preventative health frameworks for the household.
- Management of a private, high-fidelity palace clinical facility.
- Curation of a global network of top-tier medical specialists.
- Personal physician to the family, under absolute confidentiality.
Candidate Requirements
- Distinguished Tier-1 Western board certification — German Facharzt, CCST/CCT or American Board.
- Minimum seven years senior consultant experience.
- Deep experience within royal households, high-level diplomatic circles or elite executive settings.
- Commanding presence, native-level English, and the resilience to hold authoritative clinical leadership under pressure.
- Eligibility for DOH Abu Dhabi licensing.

- £295,000 – £395,000+ per annum, tax-free, paid via completely liquid channels.
