Medical Staff Talent is appointing a UK & European-trained Physiotherapist to a private family in Jeddah, delivering paediatric rehabilitation and developmental programmes from a dedicated private treatment suite.

The Mandate

A permanent, confidential appointment covering paediatric musculoskeletal and neurodevelopmental rehabilitation for children of the household. The remit includes assessment, individual programme design, family education and coordination with visiting paediatric consultants.

Clinical Environment

A private paediatric treatment suite within the residence, equipped to the appointed clinician’s specification. Sessions are one-to-one and unhurried; programme design is set clinically, without institutional protocol constraint.

Requirements

  • Degree in Physiotherapy from a Tier-1 UK or European institution
  • Registration in a Tier-1 UK or European system — HCPC, CORU, or an equivalent European regulator
  • Substantive paediatric physiotherapy experience, ideally including neurodevelopmental practice
  • Demonstrated discretion in confidential family environments
  • Fluent English
  • Availability to start within six weeks of offer
  • Complete flexibility around the family’s calendar
  • The ability to relocate alone and to travel with the family worldwide, often at short notice

Scope of Our Role

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.

What this appointment asks of you

Paediatric physiotherapy inside a private family residence is family-centred practice in its purest form: assessment and individual programme design for the children, neurodevelopmental and musculoskeletal rehabilitation delivered one-to-one from a private paediatric suite, education of parents and carers so that programmes continue between sessions, and coordination with visiting paediatric consultants and therapists. Sessions are unhurried and the clinician sets the pace. The household is looking for substantive paediatric experience — ideally including neurodevelopmental work — combined with the warmth to engage children and the professional precision to report progress to informed parents. Specifying the suite’s equipment will be part of your first months.

How the package is structured

The figure quoted above — £86,000 – £112,000 per annum — is base remuneration. It is a gross salary, agreed directly with the family and paid into the bank account of your choice. Take advice from your own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in your circumstances.

Accommodation and flights are provided in addition to base, which is what makes the net position so different from a UK or European salary: with housing and travel carried by the household, most of the base figure is savings capacity. How we run this search

Every appointment of this kind follows the same discipline. The household or its family office is briefed anonymously.
