Private Duty Nurse (European-Registered) — Private Household, Saudi Arabia

Medical Staff Talent is appointing a European-registered Private Duty Nurse to a permanent, full-time mandate within a private household in Saudi Arabia.

This mandate is specifically open to nurses holding registration with a European nursing regulator. Applications from nurses registered in Greece are particularly welcomed, as are those from Ireland, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Germany and the Nordic states.

The Mandate

• Continuous one-to-one nursing care within a private residence.
• Medication management, chronic condition monitoring and structured clinical handover.
• Coordination with the household’s physician and visiting specialists.
• Residential integration — the role demands clinical authority delivered with complete personal discretion.

Candidate Requirements

• Registration with a European nursing regulator, in good standing. Hellenic registration is expressly welcomed.
• Degree-level nursing qualification recognised in the country of registration.
• Substantial post-registration clinical experience, ideally in acute or high-dependency practice.
• Willingness to complete SCFHS classification and DataFlow Primary Source Verification, both fully supported by our licensing team.
• Strict adherence to NDA conditions.

• Permanent, tax-free remuneration from £70,000 per year.

Gulf regulators assess European credentials on differing bases, and the position is not uniform across the region.
