Credential Standard
Every nurse on this register holds a UK (NMC), Irish (NMBI) or EU-recognised nursing registration in good standing, a BSc or equivalent, and a minimum of three years’ post-registration practice — with most private family appointments calling for five or more, in intensive care, paediatrics, neonatal, maternity or complex medical nursing. Scope of Our Role
Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.
Typical Package
- £54,000–£115,000 tax-free per annum on current Riyadh mandates — the widest band in the Gulf: neonatal and private duty nursing from £54,000, senior paediatric to £105,000, head nurse and household nursing lead to £115,000
- Private quarters within the residence and annual flights
- A defined nursing hierarchy within the household, with progression to senior and lead roles
- Strict confidentiality, under NDA, throughout
Living in Riyadh
Riyadh is the political and financial capital of the Kingdom and the city where private family medicine is most densely concentrated.
