Medical Staff Talent
Medical Staff Talent is appointing a Western-trained Private Duty Nurse to a permanent, full-time mandate within a private household in Dubai.
This is private duty nursing of the highest standing — continuous one-to-one care within a residential luxury environment, governed by strict confidentiality and delivered alongside the household’s wider clinical team.
The Mandate
- Continuous one-to-one nursing care for a member of the principal family.
- Medication management, chronic condition monitoring and escalation to the household physician.
- Clinical documentation to the standard the family’s medical team expects.
- Integration into a residential environment — the role requires the judgement to be clinically authoritative and personally unobtrusive at the same time.
- Travel with the household where required.
Candidate Requirements
- Registration with the NMC (United Kingdom), NMBI (Ireland) or an equivalent European nursing regulator, in good standing.
- Degree-level nursing qualification.
- Substantial post-registration acute experience — ICU, ER, or comparable high-acuity practice.
- Demonstrable discretion. Prior private duty, royal household or UHNW experience is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
- Strict adherence to NDA conditions throughout and after the engagement.
Package
- Permanent, tax-free remuneration from £70,000 per year.
- Residential accommodation, transport, medical cover and annual repatriation structured separately from base salary.
- Full DHA licensing support managed on the nurse’s behalf.
