A note on what this page is. These are illustrative, composite profiles — built from the pattern of mandates we run every quarter for private families and their family offices — not live vacancies. We do not publish real client identities, exact packages or confidential mandate details (see our Track Record page for the same discipline applied to private family case studies). If you are a UK & European-trained Doctor, Physiotherapist, Osteopath or Nurse and one of these profiles resembles the kind of appointment you are seeking, the right next step is to submit your CV or, if you are already registered, sign in to the Candidate Portal — we will match you against live, confidential mandates as they arise. Current mandates are listed on our live GCC mandates by specialty page.
Travelling Family Medicine Physician — Private Family
Typical profile. A UK & European-trained GP — CCT in General Practice or a recognised European family medicine equivalent — with current registration in good standing with a UK or European regulator and substantial independent experience in general practice. The physician becomes the family’s own doctor: first-contact and continuing family medicine, preventative care and the management of acute presentations for the Principal and immediate family, with referral to and coordination of specialist input when it is needed.
Deployment model. Live-In and Travelling, single-status: the physician lives within the family’s residence and travels with the family between residences and abroad, often at short notice. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the physician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.
Indicative package. £240,000 per year, tax-free, with accommodation and travel included. Current mandates of this kind are open for families based in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha, and for a family travelling through the Mediterranean aboard its private yacht — see also our brief on how private families appoint their physicians.
Private Duty Nurse — Private Family, Doha
Typical profile. UK & European-trained Registered Nurse with six or more years of private duty or high-acuity experience, providing one-to-one live-in care within a private family’s residence, supported by an on-site clinical team, under strict confidentiality and NDA.
Deployment model. Rotational, in a nurse pair, single-status; all local arrangements remain with the family’s own office and advisers.
Indicative package. £58,000 – £90,000 tax-free and paid net, with private accommodation within the residence and flights — see our Private Duty Nurse for a Private Family page.
Neonatal Nurse — Private Family, Jeddah
Typical profile. Registered Nurse with neonatal specialisation and five or more years including substantive special care baby unit practice, managing a named infant within a dedicated family care unit inside the residence, in close coordination with visiting neonatal and paediatric consultants.
Deployment model. Live-In, single-status; all local arrangements remain with the family’s own office and advisers.
Indicative package. £55,000 – £75,000 tax-free with furnished accommodation and relocation arranged by the family — see our brief on neonatal and paediatric private duty nursing for private families.
Senior ICU and Critical Care Nurse — Private Family, Doha
Typical profile. Registered Nurse with five or more years of adult intensive care practice, providing advanced mechanical ventilation and complex haemodynamic monitoring for a Principal within a private clinical suite, working alongside visiting consultants on acute and post-operative critical care.
Deployment model. Rotational, single-status; all local arrangements remain with the family’s own office and advisers.
Indicative package. £68,000 – £90,000 tax-free with furnished accommodation — the governance model is described in VIP ICU cover for private families.
Senior Physiotherapist — Private Family, Dubai
Typical profile. HCPC, CORU or equivalent European registration with six or more years of substantive musculoskeletal practice, delivering one-to-one manual therapy and neuromuscular rehabilitation from a private treatment room within the residence — no caseload, no throughput target, no shared diary.
Deployment model. Live-In, single-status; all local arrangements remain with the family’s own office and advisers.
Indicative package. £80,000 – £130,000 tax-free and paid net with private accommodation within the residence and flights — see our Private Physiotherapist for Private Families page and the Physiotherapy Salary Benchmarks 2026.
Physiotherapist — Elite Performance and Sports Rehabilitation, Private Family, Jeddah
Typical profile. Physiotherapy degree from a Tier-1 UK or European institution with six or more years in sports or performance rehabilitation, leading injury prevention, performance optimisation and post-injury rehabilitation for active family members from a purpose-built private training and treatment facility.

Deployment model. Travelling, in a nurse pair, single-status; home registration in good standing is verified at source, and all local arrangements remain with the family’s own office and advisers — see maritime governance for onboard clinicians.
Indicative package. £56,000 – £90,000 tax-free with a private cabin, all travel covered and flights home between charters — see yacht nurse appointments in the Mediterranean.
